别动不动就”中国特色”
这篇文章说”透支额为0,卡内存款不计利息”的信用卡就是”具有中国特色的信用卡”, 我想说这其实就是叫VISA DEBIT的信用卡, 是方便那些需要信用卡功能(如在线购物, 信用卡校验等)但申请有困难的客户, 哪个发达国家都有, 像ebank.co.jp, 所以请别动不动就加上”中国特色”～～谢谢了～～
